It's not often we say this but doesn't Paris Hilton look lovely and demure here!

The heiress wore this azure blue dress to the launch of her new perfume Fairy Dust by Paris Hilton on Sunday.

The shade looks lovely against her blonde hair and paler than usual complexion.

The frilly hem and sleeves gives the dress a real girly feel and the nipped in waist makes the incredibly slim Paris look deceivingly curvy. We look the uneven hemline, it gives the dress a bit of a twist.

Paris has accessorised with a smattering of diamonds, but in a more classy way than the usual full on bling. The cute Mary Jane heels really finish the look off.

Please Paris, can we have more outfits like this and less emblazoned with your own name or face!
