Rebecca Romijn next face of Bebe

Supermodel-turned actress Rebecca Romijn will be replacing Mischa Barton as the face of Bebe for Summer 2007.

This coincides with their first ever Bebe Sports campaign fronted by Eva Longoria.

Rebecca Romijn who used to model for lingerie retailer Victoria Secrets before turning to acting as Mystique in X-Men: The Last Stand and later starring in Ugly Betty, has signed a one-year contract beginning in March.

She said: "The company is so great and (Bebe company founder) Manny (Mashouf) is such a fantastic man.

"I love their new dresses and i think it's going to be a great year; i'm thrilled to be a part of it."

CEO Greg Scott said: "Bebe continues to push the limits on sexy.

In that spirit, Rebecca emodies key attributes of the Bebe brand - sensuality, sophistication and effortless beauty."

Bebe produces contemporary womenswear and accessories with a "signature hint of sexuality".
