Sam and Amanda have just topped our best dressed list for the week, surprising we know, but the former BB8 twins could be on course to become style icons for 2009.

Previously spotted in skimpy matching outfits, usually in pink, the girls appear to have grown up in the last few months, modelling for Knickerbox and finally getting some fashion sense too.

Both ladies were working the sheer and oil slick trends for this year to perfection, and what's more their look should be easy enough to replicate too, while putting your own individual style on it.

We've got to give special mention to Amanda's lace shrug and fringed heels, which are just oh-so divine and look great on her. While Sam's gorgeous sheer top is from non other than high-street fave, Topshop, so she gets a pat on the back too.

Seeing as we've upgraded the ladies into this prestigious fashion walk of fame, we hope we never have to see those pink matching outfits again.
