Sienna Miller has a "failsafe" look for the red carpet.

The 'G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra' actress usually love experimenting with her look, but thinks important events are not the best time to do so.

She explained: "You should always have a reliable big-event look. When I need to feel comfortable for the red carpet, I stick to my failsafe look of smoky eyes and nudge lips. I use black eyeliner, a volumising mascara and a nude gloss."

I also believe in feeding my skin. I've been told you need to do it at night. I use a facial oil under my moisturiser and now my skin looks much better in the morning.

The 27-year-old star also revealed some handy make-up secrets she has picked up over the years.

She said: "I like to learn from others. I've nicked tips from almost every make-up artist I've worked with. The two I rely on are highlighting my Cupid's bow to give me fuller lips, and shading just beneath my jawline and down the bridge of my nose to add definition.
