Taylor Swift voices the character Audrey in the new film

Taylor Swift lends her voice to Dr Suess' The Lorax film this week with the release today.

We decided to take a look through Taylor's greatest fashion picks over the past year.

Most recently at the Teen Choice Awards last weekend we saw her opt for a beautiful, girly cream coloured dress from Maria Lucia Hohan dress. There was a sexy twist with the clear back panels, which ran through to the side too.

She kept the look very clean pair it with nude peep-toe pumps and a wavy updo.

I love the simple peach accessories.

At the Billboard Music Awards in May she made a bold statement in her red Elie Saab gown.

There's no doubt that Elie Saab is the king of evning glamour and this look was just another prime example of this.

Her red chiffon sleeveless gown with a lace bodice was so very elegant.

The Pre-Fall 2012 gown features a thigh-high split but the singer chose not to accentuate this on the carpet.

The singer kept the look very sleek and went for super straight, glossy locks paired with dark and seductive eyes.

Another favourite look from the past few months had to be the J. Mendel dress she wore to the 2012 Academy of Country Music Awards in April.

Taylor was easily best dressed on the night.

She looked outstanding in the Fall 2012 dress.

It was a very modern design with the sleekness of the cut, the cut-outs along the waist and the metallic gold accents.

Lorraine Schwartz jewels and Christian Louboutin ‘Summerissima’ criss-cross platform sandals accessorized her look.

Wavy hair, blunt bangs, kohl-rimmed eyes and a nude lip colour provided the finishing touches.

It's just a shock to see her without her signature red pout.

At the LA premiere for The Lorax in February  she stuck to her tried and tested girlie look in a pretty dress by Honor.

The Spring 2012 dress features a full A-line skirt.

The neckline doesn't actually feature a Peter Pan collar, but it's a cut-out design which makes it look like a collar.

She kept the whole look very muted, with neutral shoes and make-up. Seems very appropriate for the event and film.

My favourite Taylor Swift look of the year has to go to her Zuhair Murad Fall 2011 Couture gown that she wore to the 2012 Grammy Awards in February.

The cap-sleeved gown featured intricate gold and rose-gold beading, with a beautiful flowing train.

She wore her hair pulled back into a ballerina bun with neutral make-up letting the design on the dress take centre stage.

It was perfect.

Which has been you favourite so far this year?
