Posh Spice to Pose for Tatler Shoot

Victoria Beckham is to pose for a Tatler shoot in aid of Elton John’s Aids foundation.

The 31 year old appears nearly naked to promote his book Four inches which is expected to be published in May.

The photograph was taken last June in London by photographer Vanessa Von Zitzewitz when Victoria was just pregnant with her third child. In the photograph she is shown as wearing nothing but Jimmy Choo shoes and Cartier jewellery.

Although, according to an insider she wore flesh covered underwear during the shoot rather than go completely naked.

The book is the brainchild of Jimmy Choo creative director Tamara Mellon and other celebrities featured are Kate Moss, Rachel Hunter and the Duchess of York.

Victoria is due to give birth to her and David’s third child later this month by caesarean section. Tatler will feature her on their front cover of their April edition.
