Whitney Houston says less is more.

The 'I Will Always Love You' singer places great importance in not revealing too much flesh as she thinks it leaves people wanting more.

She told America's InStyle magazine: "A smile, a little glance, the way you lean back says sexy without being too open or offending anyone. Because once they've seen it all, they go, 'Man, I'm bored with that,' instead of 'Hmm, what's she going to do now?' "

Whitney is not the only star to believe leaving more to the imagination is sexier.

Victoria Beckham has previously said it is mistake to reveal too much flesh, saying: "It's great to make a statement now and again, but try and stick to a few classic guidelines. I always think if you're revealing lots of cleavage, you should have your legs hidden. Or if you want to show some leg, wear a jumper dress on top. Don't let it all hang out; it's much sexier to leave a little to the imagination."
