What are the best co-ordinates to wear with low-slung trousers etc

. The trend for low-slung trousers and skirts still continues and it seems that the fashion for showing your thong may well be passing. So, what to wear? One option is commando, it’s true, but if you don’t fancy that, then look for co-ordinates that specify that they are lower cut. Almost all Freya’s thongs have been cut to sit lower on the hips, and we’ve also got low-cut hipster shorts which fit snugly, don’t show above the top of your trousers and don’t show any VPL - perfect!

You need a bra which is nice and simply designed, in a fairly smooth fabric, but still with touches of femininity. We’d suggest Senses -it’s one of our best-selling ranges, as it’s pretty but really comfortable and practical and it’s available in your basic colours - black, nude and white.

At certain times of the month, my boobs get bigger - what can I do

This is a common problem for all women, so we can all relate to what you’re saying, but you probably notice it that bit more because you are a larger size (it’s not fair is it??) What you need is a bra that’s made of a fabric that’s got some stretch in it; this will mean it’s still comfortable at those times of the month, and also that you don’t have to have a separate lingerie drawer just for those few days.

Chances are you are wearing a band size too large. Try going up a cup size and down a band size, for a more secure fit. If you are wearing a small back size already, don’t worry - Freya now starts at a 28" back size, so you should be able to find a size that fits you perfectly.

How can I get rid of the "double-boob" effect

You need to change your cup size - you’re probably wearing a cup size too small (or two even!). Try going up a cup size and down a band size (as above), or just up to the next cup.

I really like the idea of buying a matching set with vest/chemise but when would I wear it

These items are so versatile you will wonder why you didn't buy one months ago. Underwear can be used for outwear so why not team your new lingerie set up with a matching chemise and jeans. A chunky belt completes the look for a great night out. The vest can be used in the same way, or with the weather getting chillier why not wear it as an extra layer under a plain open shirt to add another dimension to your outfit. What bra is best if I don't want any show-through

This is a simple one (at last) - try a bra which has some soft padding. This will help to give a smooth uplift, but will not make you look any bigger.
