Women spend hundreds each year on caring for and improving their skin, hair and nails, thousands on buying the best clothes to suit their shape or com-liment the latest trend and we spend hours in the gym making sure our figures are toned and perfect, but how much time and money do you spend on improving the look of your breasts?
Many women, infact don't give their breasts a second thought when buying beauty products, unless they are inclined to go under the knife, but sometimes, it just isn't necessary.
Because womens breasts are mostly fat and contain no muscle, most women assume that Excersise will not alter the shape of their breasts and so, largely ignore them. But excersise can improve the condition of the Pectoralis major, excersise can help support your breasts, proving invaluable in later years and when heavy duty suppourt just isn't possible.

Press ups work on the chest muscles quite nicley. If you aren't strong enough to do a full press up, start with standing press ups, by pushing yourself from leaning against a wall back to a standing position, then graduate to Kneeling press ups, as you get stronger, you can start with your knees further and further back, until you can do a full press up
