Model CAPRICE BOURRET is so terrified of catching diseases she undergoes a full medical test twice a year.

The American lives a clean and healthy lifestyle and never takes drugs - but admits she is plagued with paranoia.

She says, "Both my grandma and grandfather died from cancer. "It's the ugliest disease. You see these people that you love slowly deteriorate in front of you.

"I'm a complete hypochondriac - every six months I have £2,000 worth of tests for everything."
