UK Fashion: Ruffles and Frills
One of the hottest trends to come from the spring summer 2005 shows are frills and ruffles.
Designers took inspiration from Spanish flamenco style with cool cotton for day and taffeta for evening.

There were tiered ruffled skirts in multicoloured or white by Kenzo, Ralph Lauren and Roberto Cavalli.
Stella Mc Cartney had models dressed in laid-back dresses tied at the waist with a ruffled trim.
Karl Lagerfield continued the theme with sexy white shirts with short ruffles sleeves combined with low-rise tight fitting trousers.
The trend is pretty and feminine and an easy to wear look for the hot lazy summer days ahead.
