The Lox Reunite
Yonkers, NY based trio The Lox are ready to make a come back after seven years without a group album. The trio consisting of Styles P, Jadakiss and Sheek Louch have all released solo projects during their extensive hiatus as a collective; the most recent being Styles P's Time is Money on Interscope.The album is expected later this year and the label which the three are expected to align themselves with has still yet to be disclosed but rumors have recently began circulating that the trio have actually signed a three album deal with Def Jam under Jay Z.will.i.am preps solo album
As one of the four members of the world renowned Black eyed Peas, will.i.am is working on his solo album, Songs for Girls. It is known to be a conceptual album from the perspective of a DJ and the girls in his life.The album will not include any features and will also be void of his fellow band members too. "I always wanted to be in a group, but I'm going to take advantage of this opportunity to try and reinvent myself," he explained to Rolling Stone.
will.i.am has recently become one of the mos sought after producers in Hip-Hop/R&B too producing songs for the likes of Nas, Mary J Blige, Busta Rhymes and John Legend.
