Amber Le Bon wants to study jewellery making at university.

The 19-year-old model - the daughter of rocker Simon Le Bon and his wife Yasmin - is keen to start designing her own range of accessories, and thinks learning the skill properly could be the key to her success.

She revealed: "You have to take every opportunity you can. I have loads of designs on paper and there is a really good jewellery course at London's Central Saint Martins. A friend of mine has just graduated from there, so I may look into that."

Amber had previously claimed she was not interested in furthering her education, instead saying she wanted to model full time.

She explained: "I'm just too free and liberated for university. Some people can juggle a career and college but I'm just not organised enough."

Despite her successful career, Amber has been vocal about her love of jewellery designing.

She has previously hinted she would love to come up with a collection, adding she is inspired by many different cultures.

She said: "I am much more visually creative. I'm obsessed with Victorian and Indian-style jewellery. A jewellery line would be very exciting, if anyone will have me design one."
