Amy Winehouse certainly has her own look and when she changes out of the grubby string vests and denim shorts we'll admit she can scrub up well but we'd never imagine the singer would get her own fashion collection, with PPQ no less, Grazia reports.
Amy has had an impact on the fashion world already, Karl Lagerfeld called her his muse and Jonathan Kelsey created the Amy shoe in her honour but ever since she became, shall we say a little fragile, we couldn't imagine Amy becoming any more of a style icon. How wrong we were!
PPQ designer Amy Molyneaux told Grazia: "There have been talks with Amy and we are now in the first stages of the project. The range will be all about high end statement pieces, inspired by Amy's style. For example maybe an amazing piece of jewellery like a bracelet or a dress. It's going to be distributed online, we are going to be providing all materials and doing the design, but Amy will definitely be involved in the creative process.
"It will be very different to Peaches' line for PPQ as that was more of a diffusion line - this will be a homage to Amy's look."
Could this be a turning point for the troubled singer? If you're going to make a comeback you might as well do it in style but after recent pictures would anyone dress like Amy?
