Billy Elliot Premiere

The stars came out in style at the premiere of musical Billy Elliot. Sir Elton John arrived at the event with partner David Furnish, in blue suit and shirt.

The singing legend was excited to be at the event and the part he played in adapting the film version to the stage. He wrote the music for the production and told the Mirror:” I feel ecstatic. I feel relieved. I feel a sense of pride. I’m so proud to have been a part of it.”

The premiere was held at the Victoria Palace theatre in London and tells the story of a young boy who is the son of a miner and dreams of learning ballet.

Elizabeth Hurley looked stunning in a red floor length gown accessorised with long dangly earrings and silver sandals. She arrived with her boyfriend Indian businessman Arun Meyer.

Her ex- boyfriend Hugh Grant arrived with Jemima Khan who looked very chic in a black sequinned number and black high heeled stilettos. Other guests included Bob Geldof, Chris Evans, John Prescott, singer Lulu and fashion gurus Trinny and Susannah.
