Carla Bruni To Attend Paris Couture Week

Carla Bruni-Sarkozy will make an appearance during Paris couture week.

France's fashionable First lady has been confirmed as a special guest and sponsor at the annual Sidaction benefit gala.

The event will take place towards the end of January, around the 29th, according to WWD.

The former supermodel lost her brother to aids in 2006, so this is a cause which is close to her heart and she has been actively fighting the disease for the last few years.

Last month she officially confirmed her position as the Global Fund to Fight AIDS ambassador.
