Karl Lagerfield has chosen London as the location to showcase Chanel's pre autumn/winter collection.
The label's creative direcor and legendary designer has proved just how much he loves the city by selecting it for the exclusive fashion event.
"I think London can be fun," he said to wwd, explaining why he chose the location.
Lagerfield pioneered th event himself in 2002 in order to show off the talents of seven ateliers bought by Chanel while also preserving the industry's traditions.
He is famous for his collaborations with Chloe, Fendi as well Chanel and launched his own labels in clothing and perfume in the early 80s.
The popular designer has also created stage costumes for the likes of Kylie and Madonna and his fans incude Mariah Carey and Claudia Schiffer.
