Jesus Luz's high profile campaigns with designers like Dolce & Gabbana and possibly Marc Jacobs, that seem to have come hand in hand with his relationship with Madonna, have seen him snubbed by fellow models.
Jesus is said to have infuriated other models when he was asked to open last week's Jeffrey Fashion Cares show, New York Daily News reports.
A source told the paper: "None of the other models would talk to Jesus or even look at him. They were gossiping like catty girls about how they couldn't wait for his career to fizzle out."
The other models are said to have become frustrated with Jesus's rise to fame and the fact that since he began dating the singer he is now first in line for the top modelling jobs.
The source added: "He's taking jobs from other models who feel they've worked harder and longer than he has. Madonna has catapulted Jesus on to the world's stage. Sure, he's beautiful, but he wouldn't be where he is without her."
Sounds like sour grapes to us. Who knew male models could be so bitchy!
