The British actress Kate Winslett stole the show last night when she turned up for the premiere of her new film in a fashionable, glittering gown.
The star battled to try and hold the Ben de Lisi evening dress in place as a gale blew and rain poured down outside the National Film Theatre in London.
The famous mother of two divulged that she loathed stripping off for her part as the adulteress spouse in Little Children, which opened last night.
The Mirror quotes her as saying: "As an actress, when you have to get naked it's really, really terrible. You feel sick and you think, 'I must be absolutely mad and I must remember not to do this ever a gain'."
