Kelly Brook admits she likes to work extra hard at the gym when she is going to a red carpet event.

Kelly Brook likes to "kick up" her fitness regime when she has a red carpet event.

I like to glow on the red carpet and always feel confident if my skin is looking its best. I also kick up the fitness a bit and hit the gym a few times in the run-up.

The 32-year-old beauty - who is renowned for her curvaceous figure - loves to always look her best but admits she likes to put in more effort when she knows people are going to be looking at her.

To keep her trim physique, 'Piranha 3-D' star Kelly likes to dine on fish and healthy soups.

She added to Women's Fitness magazine: "I have porridge or boiled eggs for breakfast. I love tea and coffee and could drink them all day and snack on biscuits, but I eat fruit if I'm trying to be healthy.

"I also eat a lot of fish, for lunch and dinner. I love sushi or I'll have a tuna Nicoise salad or salmon steak. I like to make lots of healthy soups in winter, too."
