Madonna's concert corset sells for $72,000

Madonna sported on her 1987 Who's That Girl Tour has been sold for $72,000.

The Material Girl wore the tasselled black and gold creation at gigs during her world trek and a fan in China bid $67,000, over the $5,000 expected price at the sale held by Julien's Auctions over the weekend.

The costume was designed by LA label Trashy Lingerie, and was made especially for Madonna's concerts.

A signed copy of the singer's famed Sex book also sold at the auction for £3,200.
