Naomi Campbell has allegedly had a huge bust-up with another personal assistant.

Sources claim the fiery supermodel had a blazing row with aide Amie Castaldo in her New York apartment, after Amie overheard her telling her stylist that she wasn’t happy with her.

One friend revealed to New York’s Daily News newspaper "Naomi said something critical about Amie. Amie heard it and ran out of the room.

She was crying and mumbling something about Naomi under her breath." This allegedly led to a “loud and physical confrontation” between the two women, which reportedly resulted in Amie being fired.

A source said: “Something definitely happened in that apartment.”

Naomi’s spokesman confirmed that Amie is no longer working for the catwalk queen, but refused to comment on the alleged row.

He said: "It became clear after a few days that Amie's performance on the job was not going to work out.

"Naomi ended the brief working relationship in a professional manner and wishes Amie the best in all her future ventures."

Naomi’s hairdresser, Quentin Harding, who was in the apartment at the time, insisted there was no fight, saying: "I can tell you 100% nothing happened."

The supermodel has a history of falling out with her assistants.

Earlier this year, Naomi’s maid, Millicent Barton, accused the model of slapping her, while her former personal assistant, Simone Craig, claimed Naomi threw a mobile phone at her in 2001.

In 1998, Naomi was ordered to attend anger management classes after pleading guilty to hitting assistant Georgina Galanis with a telephone.
