Miley Cyrus' younger sister is launching a children's clothing range.

Noah Cyrus, nine, and eight-year-old 'Hannah Montana' star Emily Grace Reaves have created the line with designers from Ooh! La, La! Couture, and will be available from Valentine's Day (14.02.10).

According to the company's press release, the range will feature "versatile styles that can be worn with sweet ballerina slippers, casual sneakers or paired with lace stockings and boots for more of a rock and roll look".

One promotional video sees Noah dancing around in a leopard print dress and fingerless gloves, while 17-year-old Miley exclaims she "loves" the range of clothes.

In the past, Miley has urged people with children not to always follow her lead.

She said: "My job is to be a role model, and that's what I want to do, but my job isn't to be a parent.

"My job isn't to tell your kids how to act or how not to act, because I'm still figuring that out for myself. So to take that way from me is a bit selfish.

"Your kids are going to make mistakes whether I do or not. That's just life."
