Paris Hilton is being sued by a woman who claims she stole her style.
The heiress has been accused of causing "emotional distress" to Nicolle O'Neill, who claims she is the inspiration behind Hilton's look.
This suprise personal injury complaint was filed in LA Superior Court last month after O'Neill alleged that she is suffering psychologically because of Hilton and her style stealing antics.
She has produced a two page document that accuses the Hilton,26 of ripping off her style and spells out specific charges, including a claim that she stole O'Neill's idea to expose her underwear under her trousers.
Crazy O'Neill also claims Paris stole her idea to shop in vintage stores for retro dresses.
Paris has yet to issue a response to the allegations but we're sure she's not fearing an arrest from fashion police too much.
