Ralph Lauren Watch & Jewelry Co. have unveiled its first Swiss watch range today in Geneva.

The collection has clearly taken inspiration from its U.S. parent company’s equestrian image and are hoping to capitalise on the tough market conditions currently facing the industry.

"We are here to last, and we are here for the long term," Ralph Lauren Watch Chief Executive, Guy Chatillon stated at a recent press conference.

Polo Ralph Lauren co. and Switzerland’s Cie. Financiere Richemont SA will sell three collections together, including the much anticipated Ralph Lauren Stirrup line, which will make its debut in April.

The timepieces are expected to be priced between 10,000 Swiss francs ($8,800) and 30,000 francs, according to Bloomberg.
