Russell Crowe’s Rugby Team get Armani Makeover

Giorgio Armani has designed new uniforms for an Australian rugby team.

The Italian designer agreed to work with the ‘ Rabbitohs’ after actor Russell Crowe asked for his help.

Crowe, who co-owns the team, is thrilled with the new kit, which will be unveiled on March 19th.

He said:” Australians have a lot in common with Italians.” We are both nations proud of our culture and fanatical about sport.”

“ There can be no better way to arrive for our matches than standing tall and feeling confident because of Giorgio Armani's magic.”

Vogue also reported that Armani agreed to the request because he loves sport and added’ my friend Russell Crowe does not call often and when he does, it is usually about something very important.”
