Victoria Beckham has appeared on the cover of Russian Vogue sucking her thumb.
The fashion icon looks barely recognisable in the shot, which sees her eyes hidden by a leather baker boy hat and only the top half of her dress visible.
Posh is currently making waves in Milan, stepping out in a stunning fitted red dress from her own clothing line, to attend the My Sky HD Wears Fendi party.
Her ultimate fashion accessory was of course having hubby David on her arm, who looked gorgeously brooding in a fitted grey suit and scarf.
The pair are undoubtedly the talk of the fashion capital, after they stripped off to appear in a new Armani underwear campaign together, which was unveiled on a billboard in Milan yesterday.
