Victoria Beckham has been named as the worst dress celeb of 2007 in a prestigious fashion list.

Mr Blackwell's 48th annual fashion rundown saw the world's most famous WAG take the top spot in the worst dressed list. ""In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty 'Posh' can really wreck-em,"" said the respected fashion commentator.

Amy Winehouse followed in second place for her "exploding beehives above, tacky polka-dots below," while Mary-Kate Olsen was described as "tattered toothpick trapped in a hurricane" in thrid place.

Other stars mentioned in the fashion police hitlist were Black Eyed Pea Fergie, Kelly Clarkson, Eva Green, Avril Lavigne, Jessica Simpson and Lindsay Lohan.

Last year's winner, Britney Spears, was left out of the 2007 names but Blackwell had his reasons:"I felt that it was inappropriate at this time to make comment, when her personal life is in such upheaval," he said. "I hope 2008 is a better year for her."

It wasn't all bad news- Nicole Kidman, Cate Blanchett, Reese Witherspoon, Angelina Jolie, Helen Mirren, Katie Holmes and Jemima Khan were all noted as the Best Dressed 2007.
