Yves Saint Laurent launched the new autumn winter 2007- 8 collection on- line at Browns.
Creative director Stefano Pilati said:” "Browns has been a reference for years of influential fashion brands. “ Collaborating with them is an achievement. YSL has always been a trendsetter and Browns is a trend setting location.”
In an exclusive interview with Browns on- line, he revealed his approach to the creative process.
“Being a man and designing women’s clothes is a very abstract mental and emotional process. I need to project myself into a feminine body and imagine myself as a woman, her life, her mind.”
“ That’s what is fascinating about designing women’s ready to wear.”
