Anna Wintour believes everyone should get sacked once in their life.

The editor-in-chief of US Vogue and artistic director of Conde Nast thinks its "important" to have career setbacks after she was fired from her junior fashion editor position at Harper's Bazaar in 1975 but still managed to land one of the most sought after jobs in the fashion industry.
She said: "Everyone should be sacked at least once in their career because perfection doesn't exist.
"It's important to have setbacks, because that is the reality of life."
After losing the job, Anna, 65, enjoyed stints at New York magazine, House & Garden, and the British edition of Vogue, before being announced as the editor of the US version in 1988.
Anna also stressed the importance of appearing "sure of yourself" and believes it's vital to "pretend" to have confidence.
She told Alastair Campbell in his new book 'Winners: And How They Succeed': "Even if you aren't sure of yourself, pretend that you are, because it makes it clearer for everyone else. Most people prevaricate.
"I decide fast. I think it's helpful to people who work for you. The world we are in is about instinct and being fast and responding."
The mother of two - who has adult children Charles and Bee with her ex-husband David Shaffer - also puts her success down to successfully delegating responsibilities.
She said: "People work better when they have responsibility."
