Barbara Hulanicki Receives Fashion Award

Barbara Hulanicki has received an honorary award from the University of Wolverhampton for her outstanding and well respected contribution to fashion and design.

The university's course leader for design and applied arts, Sharon Watts commented: "Barbara Hulanicki is an iconic figure in fashion and interior design. Her broad and extensive knowledge on all aspects of design have been pivotal, and we wanted to celebrate and acknowledge her outstanding contribution."

Hulanicki recently launched a range of wallpaper with Graham and Brown and has also collaborated with Coccinelle on a range of new bags.

The fashion legend is said to be absolutely thrilled at receiving the accolade last week.
