Tesco have caused outrage by selling a padded bra to young girls.
The Cherokee 'girls padded bra', which is aimed at girls as young as seven, has been slammed by fashion experts and concerned parents.
Fashion lecturer David Morris told the sun: “The bra is modelled on a plunge style — it has a very low bridge connecting the cups. It means the shape and position is lower to expose the breast tissue.”
Teacher's groups are now calling for the bra to be removed from stores but Tesco don't think it is causing a problem.
“It is a product designed for girls at that self-conscious age when they are just developing," said a spokesperson to the sun.
“It is designed to cover up, not flatter, and was developed after speaking to parents. It is described as a padded bra for trade description reasons."
