The former Olympian - who was known as Bruce Jenner before her gender transition - will receive the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at tonight's (15.07.15) ceremony and is determined to look her best, so has been working closely with Jen Rade on a "custom dress".

A source told Us Weekly magazine: "Not sure if Jen is styling Caitlyn beyond the ESPYS or not, but they're definitely working together on [this awards show] Pretty sure they're having a custom dress made for the actual ceremony. They're looking for afterparty dresses, too."

While few details of the gown are yet known, it is believed 65-year-old Caitlyn and Jen - who has also worked with Cher, Marilyn Manson and the late Amy Winehouse - have chosen an off-white colour for the dress.

The source added: "Caitlyn is currently planning to wear an ivory dress to the ceremony."

The ESPYS take place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles tonight from 8pm.

Presenters include Britney Spears, 'True Detective' star Vince Vaughn and 'Lost Boys actor Kiefer Sutherland.
