Celine have cancelled their catwalk show this season as they don't want creative director, Pheobe Philo to feel any sort of demand.
The designer is expecting her third child this April and LVMH is taking no risks.
It's not surprising when you consider that she took a long break from the industry to have her first two children.
Since she took over as creative director of the brand, Celine has gone from strength to strength, becoming the ultimate go-to for the laid back aesthetic.
"A runway show is very demanding and personal engagement for a creative director," Marco Gobbettit, chief executive officer of Celine, told WWD. "The objective is to simplify."
The exact format of the presentation has yet to be confirmed, but a small gathering at the label's studios is more than likely. It will still show during Paris Fashion Week at their original time and date of March 4 at 1pm.
