DKNY are doing their bit for charity by adding a fashionable touch to food rescue programme vans in New York.
The label will make over 15 food distribution vans for the City Harvest organisation, reports vogue.
The vans will be decorated in the DKNY autumn/winter colour palette of green, purple, cobalt and teal before they are sent back on their way delivering much-needed food to homeless New Yorkers.
This is the latest in a line of collaborations between the label and the charity with the next being the launch of a Make a Wish neklace in DKNY stores in NY.
Earlier this year DKNY were criticised when they placed hundreds of neon orange bikes around the city to promote cycling. New Yorkers were outraged as the stunt replicated the traditional Ghost Bikes memorial which has been part of the city for years.
