Festival-goers can raise money for charity by buying all of their festival needs through Care2Save. Tens of thousands of UK residents will be attending festivals this year and will purchase essentials including facial wipes, sunscreen, waterproofs and even wellies.

What have you forgotten

What have you forgotten

Care2Save, the most generous shopping site, allows users to shop through their favourite websites and raise money for their selected charity at the same time at no extra cost. The website is the perfect one-stop shop for all festival needs boasting more than 2,000 high street retail partners from Very to Go Outdoors, Boots to Topshop, offering in excess of 13 million products.

Commission earned from sales is split into two; 80 per cent goes to any registered charity of the shopper's choice and the remaining 20 per cent goes to the Care2Save Charitable Trust, all of which goes directly to hospice and palliative care in the UK and globally.

There are more than 220 hospices in the UK, which collectively care for around 360,000 people each year. Collectively local charitable hospices need to raise £1.8million every day from their local communities to fund the care they provide.

9 Festival Essentials

Faded denim shorts

These faded denim shorts are fab for feeling and looking cool when you're watching your favourite bands in the sunshine.

Dry Shampoo

Stay fresh throughout the festival by spraying on some dry shampoo, this is an essential for anyone who doesn't want to endure the long queues for a cold shower!

Solar Mobile Phone & Devices

There's nothing more frustrating than losing battery life during a festival because it makes it difficult to meet up with your friends and stops you from capturing your favourite festival moments on social media. Don't despair! Just pack a portable mobile phone charger which is powered by solar energy.

Zip through hoodie

Stay warm on cool evenings when you're not dancing by wearing lots of layers such as a zip hoodie. This cosy top is great for making sure that you don't get cold once the sun goes down especially if you're at a festival in the British countryside.

Cross Body Handbag

Don't leave your precious belongings in your tent! Make sure you slip them in a little handbag so you can get to your smartphone and camera whenever you want. This will enable you to meet up with your friends and take endless selfies together to put on Instagram!

Wide Brim Floppy Hat

Come rain or shine, look super glam at all times with a Wide Brim Floppy hat which has been seen on the likes of Cara Delevigne and Kate Moss. Pull off the bohemian look that is also great for hiding a bad hair day if a few days of camping take their toll!

Vintage Scarves

We love all of Oxfam's vintage scarves - each with their own unique pattern. The best bit about shopping these scarves is that you'll be supporting Oxfam, your own chosen charity AND the Care2Save Charitable Trust.

Wellies

We're keeping positive and hoping that it doesn't rain, but that doesn't mean that there won't be mud. And lots of it. Stick on a bright pair of wellies on and keep those toes dry!

Travel Bottles

As well as offering a huge selection of miniature travel toiletries, most pharmacies like Superdurg also sell these empty travel bottle sets which are perfect if you regularly take trips away.
