The stunner dressed as the irresistible toon from the 1988 movie 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit' in a sizzling red frock teamed with fake breasts and lips, but revealed it took almost all day with special effects expert Mike Marino to make her into the sex-bomb.

The 42-year-old star confessed: "I started at 12:00 p.m. and then I literally just put my shoes on and got here at 10:30 p.m.

She explained: "I decided on Jessica Rabbit probably like eight months ago, and that's when we got started. Christian Siriano made the dress.

"We kind of had to glue it on. The hardest part about getting ready was holding still. Especially when you have to stand up. When you do the face you can sit, but when the body was being glued on then I had to stand for so many hours."

The mother-of-four - who made the special effort for a spooky party at Lavo in New York - uploaded a series of posts on her Instagram page which showed a set of fake ears and forehead being glued to her face as well as lips and a large fake bottom.

Despite the ordeal, the blonde beauty - who has previously dressed as a 95-year-old woman and a skinless dead body for the star studded annual event - wasn't put off because she was desperate to become the "icon".

She told InStyle magazine: "Jessica Rabbit is definitely an icon, and I always try and find someone that people would know and recognise."
