The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star is the face of the brand's Denim Series and appears in their latest Calvin Klein Jeans campaign in adverts and billboards across the globe.

However, someone is clearly not a fan of the 19-year-old model's latest work as a billboard of the advert in New York City has been sprayed with a scrawl of red lines across her face.

The graffiti was carried out with the use of a hacked drone, and the street artist Katsu has now claimed responsibility for the hi-tech display of vandalism.

He told Wired magazine: "It turned out surprisingly well. It's exciting to see it's [the drone] first potential use as a device of vandalism."

Katsu published a video of the drone spraying over Kendall's face in conjunction with the Centre for the Study of the Drone at the state's Bard College.

He explained: "Seventy per cent of the concentration is in maintaining the equilibrium with the two dimensional surface while you are painting."

Claiming he had no trouble illegally defacing the poster, Katsu added: "It's a bit frightening."

Kendall - who is the half sister of Kim Kardashian West - has also appeared on the covers of Teen Vogue, Love, GQ and V magazine and has walked in shows for designers including Balmain, Marc Jacobs and Chanel.
