Unlike lots of women, the 37-year-old 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star does not have to endure crippling abdominal pains during her menstrual cycle any more and has actually "forgot" about the monthly agony some ladies endure.

It wasn't always like this for mother-of-three Kourtney, as when she was a teenager she experienced many of the uncomfortable side-effects associated with having a period.

Speaking to InStyle online, the brunette beauty - who has Mason, six, Penelope, three, and 16-month-old Reign with her ex-partner Scott Disick - said: "You know what's weird, I don't get cramps. I really do not get them. I forgot about them, to be honest. I think I did get them in high school, and I just don't any more."

Kourtney, who is an advocate of natural beauty and is currently the Global Brand Ambassador for the skincare line Manuka Doctor, has revealed she wants to give youngest half-sister Kylie Jenner, 18, a "natural" makeover.

She explained: "We keep saying, all the time that we want to do each other's make-up. I want to do my natural 5-minute makeup on her and she wants to do like her - she's amazing at doing make-up. Most of the time, she does her make-up herself, so she always says she wants to do mine and just what she thinks I should do my makeup like. So, we said we're going to do it and film it for our apps."
