However, the television personality has revealed coconut oil is her go-to essential, which she began to use after on her body as well as her daughter's after her second pregnancy.

She explained: "I love coconut oil on my body. I've been using it since I had Penelope and also used it on her."

And Kourtney - who is the ambassador for Manuka Doctor - has confessed she can't lave the house without a lip balm from the beauty brand.

Meanwhile the oldest of the Kardashian/Jenner gang, has revealed her and her brood follow a gluten and dairy-free diet, which leaves her feeling more energetic.

Speaking about her eating regime, she said: "I was hesitant at first. We visited this kinesiologist who does muscle testing to tell you what foods to avoid, and when he told us we should all be gluten and dairy-free I freaked out. I took Mason with me to the market and tried gluten-free pizza, which was not a success. We totally picked the wrong things.

"I think I have more energy. I thought the dairy was going to be the hardest but that was actually easy to avoid. The gluten I will admit I cheat on every now and then."
