The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star may have managed to carve out her successful business Hair Rehab London, which is known for selling a variety of natural clip-in extensions, but she has admitted it didn't come easy for her.

Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "I fell into the hair industry by chance, I was hand sewing clips on to a hair weft at that time. At that time, clip in extensions were something like £400 and I couldn't afford it.

"So I made my own, they obviously weren't the best but I sold a few to friends and it kind of just went on from there."

Since launching HRL in 2007, the popular brand has proved highly popular with the Little Mix girls and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, and certainly shows no signs of slowing down.

She explained: "My family now work with me so it's kind of like a family business now I guess. It's a lot of responsibility because I have to do it justice not just for me but for them as well. And it's something I do enjoy as well."

Meanwhile, Lauren has just unveiled 'Geordie Shore's Chloe Ferry as the face of her spring/summer Synthetic Range.

She said of her decision to use Chloe: "She's got an amazing look about her; I just think she looks like Kylie Jenner as well, which is such a current look at the moment."
