Matthew Williamson Returns to London Fashion Week

Matthew Williamson is set to return to London Fashion Week next season after previously favoring New York.

The Brit designer will head back to the UK with his 2010 Spring/Summer collection as part of fashion week's 25th anniversary celebrations.

"We were so impressed with the momentum that’s building and the BFC’s plans to mark the anniversary that we decided to show in London. It’s a landmark season for London Fashion Week and we want to join in the celebrations," Williamson told WWD.

Burberry Prorsum also recently announced they will move their show from Milan to London, and close London Fashion Week, which kicks off in September.
