Mena Suvari Ditches Diane Von Furstenberg

Mena Suvari turned down a selection of Diane Von Furstenberg dresses she was due to wear for a red carpet event claiming they were too revealing.

The actress, who was due to wear a DVF dress to host the party to commemorate Andy Warhol's 80th birthday last week, had to rush out last minute and pick up a new dress.

"She had to run to alice+olivia to find a dress that wouldn't leave her completely exposed," an insider to PAGESIX.COM.

However Mena's rep has a different explanation for the change of heart- they say she simply wanted something a bit more 'mod'.
