Charity Shop Designer Fashion

01-09-2006 16:06

For designer clothes at the fraction of the price then any self respecting fashionata needs to hunt through charity shops.

Another address for your notebook is the Oxfam New Bond Street store which stocks labels including Dolce & Gabbana,, Bally and Armani to name a few.

The store opened six months ago and only clothes which are clean and in near perfect condition are sold.

Manager Jay Lovelock told The Telegraph:” "The stock [end of season or ex-sale merchandise] changes daily but we regularly have Hermès and Thomas Pink shirts for £15 to £20, Dior Homme and Martin Margiela jeans for around £30 and Alexander McQueen trousers for about the same.”

Another shop to check out is the Oxfam shop in Wimbledon Village, which recently sold a nearly new Gucci watch for £100.
