The 21-year-old model - who made her breakthrough in 2010 on the Burberry Prorsum Autumn/Winter 10 campaign alongside Rosie Huntington-Whiteley - despises the 'Bound 2' hitmaker's Yeezy range and is convinced she could design better than him.

Speaking in this week's issue of ES magazine about the Yeezy garments - which included an array of items in earthy coloured hues at New York Fashion Week in February - the brunette beauty said: "I don't know why Kanye West is coming to fashion shows. Beats me. Or why he is doing his own line. It's absolutely dreadful. I could do it better. Genuinely."

The star - who is signed to London's Select Model Management - feels "legit" walking in catwalk shows for prestigious fashion houses such as Chanel, although she doesn't want to be as highly recognised as her peers so she can continue food shopping in high street stores without going incognito.

She explained: "I love the Paris catwalk shows. They're proper legit, you know what I mean? Louis Vuitton, Chanel. It's all the big dogs. Obviously it's nice, but you don't want to be recognised with your shopping trolley in Sainsbury's. All that just blows my mind. I can understand Cara [Delevingne] and Kendall [Jenner], because they are mega-famous."

Meanwhile, Sam hopes to acquire her own business in the future, although she has no intentions of quitting the fashion industry.

She said: "I probably will have bought my own house [in ten years time]. I'd quite like to open my own business, but I don't know what yet. I'm just figuring out life. Basically, I'll do modelling till they stop having me."

The full interview appears in this week's issue of ES Magazine, out today (07.04.16).
