Supermodel Jodie Kidd is at the centre of an engagement riddle.

The blonde beauty has sparked rumours she is set to wed new boyfriend Aidan Butler after being spotted wearing a large diamond ring.

Jodie, who has refused to deny she is engaged, has only been dating the internet entrepreneur for two months, but friends say she is smitten with him.

One revealed: She's completely besotted.

She's been telling everyone she knows that he's the one.

They barely spend a day apart."

Jodie split from long-term boyfriend Tarquin Southwell in May after four years together.

Earlier this year Jodie feared polo player Tarquin had been killed after her family's Barbados home was burgled by an armed robber.

Tarquin chased the man across a field and Jodie was terrified when she heard a gunshot ring out.

She said at the time: "I heard a gunshot. In that split second I just thought, 'Tarquin's dead.

They've shot him' - it was the worst moment of my life."
