Tim Burtons adaptation of Alice in Wonderland doesn't hit the cinemas till 2010, but that hasn't stopped the fashion world taking inspiration from his crazy, bold and beautiful take on clothes
Just recently London Selfridges relieved its news window display which centres around the Alice In Wonderland theme.
The window features dresses from Alexander McQueen and Vivienne Westwood and hopes that the display will attract more shoppers.
Another department store is also taking a leaf out of the British, with the Famous Paris department store Printemps asking several top designers to give Alice the perfect dress.
The store has asked Alexander McQueen, Christopher Kane, Maison Martin Margiela, Bernhard Willhelm, Haider Ackermann, Manish Arora and Ann Demeulemeester to create a one-off dress for Alice.
The dresses will be showcased in the windows just in time for Paris Fashion Week next March, which will coincide with the films premiere on 5th March.
To recreate this look at home don’t go to over the top, if you are unsure lose an item its better having too little then too much.
Make sure to strike the balance of looking quirky and taking inspiration from the film yet fitting in to day-to-day life, but still being different.

How to recreate the Alice in Wonderland look
Alice- Her main colours are blue or white, take a blue dress and black Alice headband, with black tights and dainty shoes to polish off the look.
To take the outfit from day to evening think a candy striped clutch purse. Alice is innocent and naive so your outfit has to be cute, sophisticated but at the same time keeping it playful and smart.
Queen of Hearts- Think bold, a bright red dress with black accessories teamed with a motif cardigan to really stand out.
Being a little bit mental and evil in the film with the Queen you can afford to go a little over the top and take risks.

White Queen- A lace dress and pearls is the only way to pull this look off, to take the outfit into the night a lace corset with wet look leggings to modernise the look will sure be a hit.
With her distinct pale skin and red lips take a leaf out of Anne Hathaways book and lay off the fake tan.
The Mad Hatter - The female version of Johnny Depp go for the period look, a burgundy velvet blazer with a top hat and a stripped fitted shirt.
Round off the outfit with a chunky vintage pendent that could have been around for centuries.
Alice in Wonderland has certainly made an impression on the fashion world.
We will most certainly see some Alice inspired looks on the catwalk next season, that will most defiantly be converted into the high street stores, keep your eyes peeled.
