The G-Shot jab costs a pricey £800 for an effect that is only temporary but it seems that it’s worth it as more than 2,000 women have undergone the procedure in the last five years.
It works by having collagen injected into the G-Spot, which will temporarily increase it to the size of a 10p coin.
You can literally have it done in your lunch hour, with the procedure being done under local anaesthetic and taking only half an hour.
The craze first began in America five years ago and it still proving very popular with the Los Angeles crowd, who are rushing to the Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of America for their shot.
Gynaecologist and surgeon Dr David Matlock works at the clinic and notes its popularity with women.
The clinic even holds monthly sessions where women who are thinking about getting the shot can come and discuss the procedure.
Dr David Matlock told Fabulous magazine, “I want to empower and educate, and for women to be in tune with themselves.
“Why is it so difficult to accept? Because it's not something like your nose that you can point to that you can see or feel.”
The treatment is now becoming readily available in the UK. Sheela Purkayastha is a M.D. Consultant Gynaecologist at The BUPA Cromwell Hospital, and was one of the first to offer this service in the UK.
The treatment has been seen as a relative success so far but with positive reviews of the G-shot, it’s only set to become more popular!
