The jewellery firm bosses filed suit against Osbourne last week (ends03Feb12), seeking unspecified damages, but the TV personality is refusing to back down.

Taking to Twitter.com on Tuesday (07Feb12), she wrote, "I refuse to putmy name on a jewelry line or any product that I deem inferior in qualityand overpriced. Bring on the lawsuit".

A representative has told TMZ.com that no agreement between Osbourne and Lucas Design chiefs existed, adding, "Sharon is looking to create her own jewellery line and did have discussions with Lucas Design.

"Unfortunately the designs and pieces submitted were not the quality that was represented or hoped for. Sharon has moved on".
