In other developments it has been confirmed that Sete Gibernau is to test with his old team Ducati later this month.
The veteran rider was one of Valentino Rossi's main title challengers in the 2005 and 2006 seasons, before retiring at the end of that season when Ducati replaced him with Casey Stoner.
